  Obituary Rickie Eugene Mirick, Sr., 72, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2024 at his home. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Monday, February 12, 2024 at 5:30 pm at The Olive Branch, 215 S. 2nd St. Waco, Texas. He was born on September 26, 1951 in Waco, TX to Eugene (Bud) Jesse Mirick, Sr. and Wanama (Sue) Boen Mirick. Later years he would attend China Spring High School. Rickie worked most of his life as a truck driver. He liked to hunt, fish, travel, but most of all going to the races with his best friend Larry Wills. He enjoyed building things out of wood with his little brother Scooter. Survivors include his children, Rickie Eugene Mirick, Jr., Amanda Mirick, Kristen Mirick, Ashten Mirick, Crystal Mrick, and Heston Mirick; former wife, Dianne Mirick; and several grandchildren.
