    Deceased Name: Clifford William Brownlow

    Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, 2000, at Little- Davenport Funeral Home Chapel for Clifford William Brownlow, 78, of Green Mountain Lane, Clermont.

    The Rev. Jon Herrin will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

    The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

    Mr. Brownlow died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at his residence following anex tended illness.

    Mr. Brownlow was a life-long resident of Hall County. He served his country in the Army during World War II. He was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He was a devoted member of Chicopee United Methodist Church, where he served as Sunday school superintendent for many years. He was the son of the late Coy A. and Dora Horton Brownlow and Thelma Cleveland Brownlow. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Mildred Pinson Brownlow brother, Grady Brownlow and sister, Lois Porter.

    Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Alesha and John Brady, Clermont grandchildren, Melissa Brady, Chris Brady, Robin Brady, all of Gainesville brother, the Rev. Avery Brownlow, Gainesville and a number of beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

    In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chicopee United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.

    Little Davenport Funeral Home, Gainesville.
