S.A. ACCIDENTS FATAL TO TWO Two young men, victims of accidents Tuesday, died Wednesday in hospitals here. Joe Robert Garrett, 19, of 131 Dullnig court, died in Robert B. Green hospital of injuries suffered when his car crashed into a tree in the 5000 block South Presa street. Garrett was driving on White avenue when he lost control of his car, police said, and it sped across South Presa street to hit a mesquite tree. Ed Martin, an employee of the San Antonio State hospital, a passenger in the car, escaped with minor injuries. Funeral services for Garrett were to be held at 10:45 a.m. Thursday from Porter Loring\'s chapel, followed by requiem mass at St. Mary\'s church, the Rev. Charles Haas officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary\'s cemetery. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Helen Chandler Garrett; parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. F.
